By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ContestMathPro™ (CoMP) (the "Application"), you ("User", "Parent", or "Student") agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
This Agreement is between you and Kinetic Inspiration LLC ("Developer", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). However, Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary. This Application is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
2. License Grant & Permitted Educational Use

You agree to use the Application exclusively for personal, educational, non-commercial training.
3. In-App Subscriptions & Apple StoreKit Billing Terms (Guideline 3.1.2)

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate specified at the time of purchase.
B. 7-Day Free Trial Policy
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. If you do not wish to transition into the paid annual subscription, you must cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the 7-day period expires.
C. How to Cancel Your Subscription
